Hello there
I see that you are interested in the Ash & Co brewery. The Cathederal Archives in Canterbury have four boxes of deeds wills domestic and business accounts, for this brewery, dating from 1857 to 1910. I have done a lot of research on the Ash family, so if you would like some help please let me know. (I will be away on holiday for two weeks from the 5th July). Kind regards Kathy
